Not only did he work with me on a proper opinion on a house we ended up not buying, but made the suggestion to look at the home we fell in love with and eventually bought. Paul is straightforward, knowledgeable and honest. Although his job is to sell real estate, at no time did I feel that was more important than finding what we wanted at our price point. Paul understands people, the marketplace and how to negotiate/communicate. Hell, he sold my house in 4.5 hours. Get with Paul, you will be glad you did."
